ToneTai: Fresh lotus root or eggplant $0.88/lb and bananas $0.38/lb
Maybe you are stuffed and over bought that Wok Boys deal for days for those of you that went back and bought lots to fridge.Saw that ToneTai has some good deals on eggplant, lotus root, and bananas.
If you over stock on the bananas make banana bread and freeze it and or make banana chips in the oven or dehydrator. You can also measure out one bananas amount and weight it dried so if you wanted to rehydrate it later to make smoothies or more banana bread you can do so if you run out of fridge or freezer space.
I’ve had banana chips stay crisp for 3yrs in a pasta jar . You could also powder it if you want to save more space and use it in baking or sauces or maybe baby food for the kids.

They are located in Calgary, but even with shipping their prices will often undercut LCBO. I am seeing around $35 for shipping to Ontario including several bottles.
For example, if you order the Ardbeg 10 year old scotch and Balvenie 12 year old doublewood scotch it works out to $206 all in (including delivery) while LCBO would be $255 (picking up at store).
Ardbeg Corryvreckan Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky all in with shipping is $157 and LCBO is $238 (and not available).
Also when you add more bottles, the shipping does not increase much (they say up to 6 bottles in a box) so the savings can increase when ordering more.
And check the different shipping options – expedited may be the same or a couple of dollars more.
