Came across this one on Best Buy. This is a good option for people wanting to ultra wide FOV with the ability to monitor their yard and also have a motion floodlight to scare of thieves or have a little extra light at night. It also has smart home integration and no subscription fees which is nice.

The C4 series has been discontinued. There was a thread about ten days ago mentioning that the 77-inch C4 models were being cleared out for around $2,000, but I missed that deal.

I’ve been tracking the 77-inch C5 for the past few days and noticed a price drop between October 7–10, 2025. Along with that, there’s a Costco bundle deal and a $400 discount on select LG soundbars.

I missed pointing this out, but after you add it to the cart, the price drops another $400.

Based on ccc data, the C4 series didn’t drop this low during Black Friday or Thanksgiving in 2024, which means the current C5 pricing is already better than last year’s C4 prices.

About the TV: The LG C series are well rated TVs. As for the difference between C4 and C5, there isn’t much from the reviews. This is more like C4.2

My guess is that prices will go back up soon and then drop again around Black Friday, possibly returning to this price or maybe another $100 lower. Overall, it’s a good deal for anyone who wants the TV before the major winter sale events.
I think what might happen is the price will go back to normal until Black Friday, where the sale price might be this one or maybe another $100 off.

More of deal for people who need this TV before major sale events of the Winter.
