Had 4 lines with Rogers, contract expired, so I started looking for a better Canada–US plan as I travel to the states for business.

Entered my info on the TELUS Business site and got a call from a rep since my address qualifies for PureFibre Internet in Ontario.

Here’s what I was offered:

Canada–US 200 GB 5G+ – $40/mo
Includes:

Unlimited Canada–US calling & texting
Unlimited US roaming
International roaming $5/day
1000 global minutes
Unlimited international texts
Call control + online security
Smartwatch data add-on for $0

Came with a Google Pixel 9 for $0 (no buyout). I sold the Google Pixel for $500/phone, which effectively brings my plan cost down to around $20/mo/line.

I was also given a BYOD option, but it made more sense to go on a 2-year term with $0 phones.

PureFibre Internet 1.5 Gbps – $72.50/mo (3-year price lock) in Ontario

I was also offered other TELUS products to bundle, but I chose Internet. The phone plan seems to be available in AB/BC too, as per the rep.

Great deal on a great watch that hasn’t been discounted widely. As low as $377 (regular $489) for the blue strap/black stainless steel bezel version and $449 (regular $619) for the titanium version. I’ve tried Garmins, Suunto and Coros and it’s my favorite watch to date, great build quality and simple UI and app.
