I just ordered a new Tesla Model Y now that they ship from Giga Berlin and are not subject to Tariffs anymore (Hit me up if you need a referral code for 3 months free Full Self Driving). When looking for a winter tire package I found GoEV had a deal for:

Prices start from 1699 to 2799 depending on tire choice. Most popular tire is Michelin X-ICE SNOW which would be 2599. I chatted with their support and the Dark Gemini wheels are Tesla OE, meaning produced in the same factory as the originals just without the Tesla logo on it.
In addition for a “limited time” you get an additional 200 off with code GEMINI200. They have a sales count down on their website that refreshes every other day so not sure how long the sale will last.
For me in Alberta it’s free shipping and 5% tax. Total comes down to
2539 with taxes, fees and free shipping.
Sounds like a good deal to me for a complete winter package.
