About the Author – Katherine Coleman

Katherine Coleman has been a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) for over 25 years and has struggled with insomnia for most of her life. Over the years, many of her clients also battled with insomnia, leading her to work closely with both her clients and various doctors to discover effective ways to manage and alleviate the condition. Through her experiences and collaboration, Katherine has developed methods that have successfully helped her clients improve their sleep. Now, she is sharing these valuable insights in her book. Katherine lives in North Carolina with her husband and their three dogs, continuing her mission to help others find restful sleep.
