I don’t think the DLCs are included for the main games, except maybe with Tiny Tina’s with the Chaotic Great Edition.

Of course, no HST with this (yay!) You can combine with Great Canadian Rebates for…2.25%? I always thought it was higher, oh well, some people may care.

There is also the Pandora’s Box on Steam (excludes Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands) if you’re a fan of the franchise that is on sale to fill in DLCs – should be cheaper if you add games from the bundle posted above (I have most, my price is ~$20 bucks):
