The only remaining stores are on Merivale and in Orleans.
Was at Merivale and inventory is very low. Others there had a couple hundred dollars of gc’s and were looking to use them up. I just happen to drop by for eggs and found out, so drove back home to get remaining gcs to spend as well.
They’d closed the west end stores over the past couple of years (Stittsville, Kanata, Westgate, etc) and inventory has been really low so I think the owners knew they’d be closing all of them, leaving customers holding their gc’s. Guess that’s always a danger of gcs, even when there’s discount promos.
Staff said they just found out today, and had no info on last day.
