Doesn’t work if you pay cash or with CTM it has to be the triangle MC

My question fo those who used this offer in the past can you do multiple purchases?
Like if I go buy something at CT1 with my MC and get 30X
If I go to CT2 the same day pay with the same card, will I also get 30x or it will be down to 10x (the normal MC points)?
