Many people would be fine with the older SnapD 870 iterations of this tablet (2022,2023). The main advantage of the 2025 IMO is the new chip – the Dimensity 8300 – and specifically in gaming performance. Basically, the Dimensity 8300 crushes the SnapD 870 in gaming.

The other main advantage with the 2025 is that it’s just been released and will receive software support longer going forward. Infact, this is running Zui 16 / Android 14 whereas the 2023 version is still on Zui 15/Android 13. Installing google play etc should not prevent you from getting OTA updates.
And there are some other improvements like faster ram and faster storage (256GB model).
