[Canada’s Wonderland] Thrill Seeker Bundle – Admission + Fast Lane PLUS ($114.34 to $125.64)

Canada’s Wonderland (CW) has changed their daily ticket bundles this year. They are less favourable for families looking to go to the park without a Fast Pass, but more favourable for individuals wanting to go with a Fast Pass at about $20-30 cheaper this year.

Admission + Fast Lane PLUS (includes Alpine Fury, prices include Ontario taxes and fees): $114.34, $119.99, and $125.64

  • Most days in first three weeks in June are the cheaper $114.34, most other days the rest of the season are $119.99 with some random Sundays and Mondays that are $125.64. (Maybe an error that it should be Sat/Sun more expensive?)

Usually I prefer to talk about the price of Admission + Fast Lane PLUS + All-day food & drink ($43.99+tax aka PREMIUM All-day dining) + Parking ($35.00+tax) prices as this is a better frame of reference for overall cost, which this year ranges from $205.60-$216.90. This is cheaper than last year which on average was $237.29: Canada’s Wonderland Funday Bundle 2024. Obviously you only need 1 parking per group in a car, and you can share meals/drinks for better value. See Notes below.

Notes:

  • This deal is good for people who only plan to visit CW once or twice a year and do NOT plan on going to the waterpark.
  • Check park hours for the days of interest to you – early and late season the park is open 2 less hours (10am-8pm instead of 10am-10pm).
  • With Fast Lane PLUS even on busy days you can get on major rides every 10 minutes or less compared to waiting 90-120 minutes. It is difficult to predict which days will have shorter lines, so this guarantees a smooth experience. Fast Lane PLUS is given as a wristband that is scanned when you are at the front of the queue.
  • The drink stations are frequent and conveniently located throughout the park – I recommend the sugar-free (and artificial sweetener-free) options available such as the AHA blueberry pomegranate sparkling water.
  • Set a timer to take advantage of the meals every 90 minutes (I think the best places for food open around 11am – last year I was able to get 5 meals in the 12 hour day 10am-10pm). Drinks every 15 minutes is frequent enough that you probably don’t need to time it, just drink when thirsty. Make sure that you time it correctly that you can get a drink with your meal. You will receive a wrist band for each the food and drink. Scan relevant wristband at participating locations.
  • Meals and drinks can be shared. Families or friends can save money if, for example, one person buys Premium All Day Dining and shares their food and drink with another person who then only needs to buy a Thrill Seeker Bundle. One meal and one drink plan will generally keep at least two adults full and hydrated if you get the meal every 90-105 min and drink every 15-30 min.
  • Bonus this year is that the bundle does not include parking, which was a downside of the bundle last year for groups wanting to do Fast Lane PLUS and carpooling.
  • Dining locations can be found here by filtering by all day dining meals and snacks: https://www.canadaswonderland.com/dining. When you go to a location there will be a fork and knife image beside menu options that are included in all day dining meals.
  • I still have no idea what Cedar Fair Parks being merged with Six Flags will do in the future for prices.
  • My personal recommendations for food would be Lazy bear lodge for brisket with salad or green beans for getting some vegetables; or the chili chicken tenders with coleslaw at the Grand World Eatery. Scope out in the morning what meals you can get at each location. They are certainly not alike in value.
