I didn’t want to hijack the post from earlier about 13% Rakuten, but I thought that the 13% for BB computer components deserved its own post.
13% applies to computer accessories which covers computer components as per Rakuten. If you click directly on “computer components” under Rakuten Best Buy categories it directs you right to the best buy webpage where you can click on computer components. This is includes CPU’s, GPU’s, etc..
Rakuten/Best Buy have made sure TV’s and PC’s only get 8% Rakuten, and there’s no Rakuten on video games and consoles, so these categories have been cherry picked, seems like a bit of an oversight to include pc accessories.
There was a similar time Walmart did 15% Rakuten on Walmart electronics. Seems like people ended up getting their CB on that:
