1. Promotion Period
The Sale Launch promotion (“Promotion”) begins November 2, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. ET and ends November 9, 2026 at 3:00 a.m. ET (“Promotion Period”).

Shop’s systems will determine whether an order was submitted and completed during the Promotion Period.

2. Sponsor and Offer Provider
The Promotion and the associated Shop Cash reward are offered by Shopify Inc., 151 O’Connor Street, Ground Floor, Ottawa, Ontario, K2P 2L8, Canada (“Shop”).

Participating merchants do not sponsor or administer the Shop Cash offer unless expressly stated.

3. Eligibility
The Promotion is available to eligible Shop customers located in:

The United States, including the District of Columbia and all U.S. territories; and
Canada.
A customer must have or create a valid Shop account and must remain signed in through that account when completing the qualifying purchase.

Customers must satisfy Shop’s account, age, location, payment, and other eligibility requirements. Shop may exclude accounts associated with fraud, abuse, duplicate identities, automated activity, prior violations, or attempts to circumvent offer limits.

4. Qualifying Purchase
To qualify, an eligible customer must complete one order of at least $200 (in local currency) from a single participating merchant through Shop, on Shop.com web or in the Shop app, during the Promotion Period.

The $200 minimum is calculated based on the qualifying merchandise subtotal before taxes, shipping charges, credits, and returns. Amounts attributable to returned, refunded, canceled, or otherwise ineligible products do not count toward the minimum.

Orders split across multiple merchants or multiple transactions cannot be combined. Purchases completed after a merchant redirects the customer outside Shop are not eligible.

Gift cards, cash-equivalent products, subscriptions, regulated products, and other merchant, product, category, payment, or order types may be excluded as identified by Shop or the participating merchant.

5. Reward
An eligible customer who completes a qualifying purchase will receive $50 in Shop Cash in local currency.

Shop Cash will be issued upon completion of the qualifying transaction and credited to the eligible customer’s Shop account. Processing or account display delays may occur.

Limit one $50 Shop Cash reward per customer during the Promotion Period, regardless of the number or value of qualifying purchases. Creating or using multiple accounts does not increase this limit. Shop Cash expires 180 days after receipt. Detail information per country can be found in the Shop Cash terms.

Shop Cash is offered by Shop and is subject to the Shop Cash terms, including eligibility, expiration, redemption, participating merchant, product, category, location, account, and other restrictions. A Shop account is required to receive and redeem Shop Cash.

6. Returns, Cancellations, and Adjustments
If an order or product is canceled, returned, refunded, disputed, charged back, determined to be fraudulent, or otherwise becomes ineligible, Shop may withhold, cancel, reverse, or deduct the associated Shop Cash.

If a partial return causes the qualifying merchandise subtotal to fall below $200, the order may no longer qualify, and Shop may reverse or recover the $50 in Shop Cash.

Shop may deduct the value of Shop Cash already used from any refund or take other corrective action permitted under the Shop Cash Terms.

7. Exclusions
Participating merchant, product, category, order, customer, and geographic exclusions apply. The Promotion does not apply to merchants that redirect checkout outside Shop.

The Promotion may not be transferred, sold, reproduced, or exchanged for cash. It cannot be combined with another offer unless Shop expressly states otherwise.

8. First-Time-Buyer Offer
Eligible first-time buyers may also qualify for a different “first time buyer” offer. This offer can be combined with the Shop Cash back.

To receive the incentive, the customer must:

Have a valid Shop account;
Meet Shop’s first-time-buyer criteria;
Complete the required qualifying purchase during the Promotion Period; and
Satisfy any participating merchant, product, category, order, and geographic restrictions.
The first-time-buyer incentive is limited to one per eligible customer and Shop account. The incentive may be combined with the $50 Shop Cash offer.

9. Flash Deals
Select flash deals will be available only through Shop, on Shop.com web or in the Shop app, to eligible customers in the United States. Flash deals are not available in Canada during this promotional period.

A Shop account is required. Flash deals are expected to launch daily at approximately 12:00 p.m. ET.

Each flash deal is available until either:

All units allocated to the deal have sold; or
The displayed countdown timer ends,
whichever occurs first.

Flash-deal products, prices, merchants, categories, quantities, and purchase limits may vary. Price is reflective before taxes, shipping or other fees. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve the item or guarantee the promotional price. Availability and eligibility are confirmed when checkout is completed. No rain checks or substitutions.

10. General Conditions
Shop may verify eligibility and may delay, withhold, reverse, or deny a reward where it reasonably believes that an order, account, or transaction is fraudulent, abusive, erroneous, or inconsistent with these terms.

Shop may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion where reasonably necessary because of fraud, technical failures, legal requirements, operational issues, or circumstances beyond Shop’s reasonable control.

11. Shop Terms
Use of Shop is subject to the Shop Terms of Service. Shop Cash is subject to the Shop Cash terms. Any purchase remains subject to the participating merchant’s terms, policies, fulfillment practices, and return policy.
