I have two offers in the Blue Rewards app that overlap but one ends today October 30th. One is spend $1 get 1500 BR and the other spend $25 after tax to get 1500 BR. 3000 BR = $20
You must link your BR profile to Pizza Delight first, and also use a card linked to BR similar to the multiple Dollarama offers in Sept/Oct
