This device caught my eye because it combines two tools that are genuinely useful for drivers: a jump starter (booster) and a portable tire inflator. The Gooloo A3 model is currently available at Walmart for $84.90 (down from the original price of $115). It is the kind of gadget you hope you never need, but if your battery dies in the middle of nowhere or you get a flat tire, you’ll be glad to have it in your trunk.
The jump starter delivers a peak current of 3,000 amps and is suitable for 12V vehicles, including large ones with gasoline engines up to 9.0L or diesel engines up to 6.5L. The inflator supports pressures up to 150 PSI and features a digital display; you can set the desired pressure, and the device will automatically stop inflating once that level is reached. It works for car and bicycle tires, as well as sports balls and inflatables.
There are additional features, too. The A3 can charge other devices like phones or tablets, and its built-in 400-lumen flashlight offers steady light, flashing, and SOS signal modes. The kit also includes jumper cables, an air hose, five different nozzle attachments, a USB-C cable, and a carrying case. In my opinion, this all-in-one emergency kit for $84.90 is a much better deal than buying a jump starter and an inflator separately.
