Kemei 2299 trimmer. Normally found between $20 – $25 so basically half price. Lowest price I’ve seen.
Not the best trimmer by any stretch but for the price there’s nothing close. Powerful motor and the blade will get the job done. I’ve had the blade sharpened and it was an improvement but don’t expect stylecraft performance. Steel is soft but reality is that the expensive brands use steel that holds it’s edge only marginally longer. Loud. Price to performance ratio is very high.
Be aware that some have claimed their blade came over-adjusted, meaning the teeth of the moving blade were overlapping the still blade. In this case you would be out of luck as the blade is not adjustable. I personally had the opposite, where the gap was slightly larger than I wanted. This is a much better scenario as you can file the plastic guide that is screwed to the moving blade to reduce the gap. Angle matters when using the trimmer as the blades are set close and if you are not holding it at 90 degrees to the skin you will mess up your face. Use a light touch also.
