First and foremost the gummies are pretty good. Definitely doesn’t have that sugary feel and by all accounts have good numbers on the Nutrition Fact sheet. So tasty in fact, that I ate about a third of the bag in one sitting, not knowing what will happen in the next half hour.
For those that don’t know the debacle of the Haribo Sugar Free Gummy Bears, a couple of articles for reference.

I got slightly concerned when the “explosions” started but then remembered the Haribo gummies. Lo and behold they share the common ingredient at the top of the ingredient list: maltitol. Do what you want with this info, whether you want to experience the gastro rollercoaster of the past, or give them out for the lulz or just avoid it altogether.
TLDR: warm-ish deal, tasty gummies, eat in moderation, or don’t but there be demons
