Been tracking this product on CCC for a few years now, used to occasionally drop to $3.49 (price chart screenshot attached). Seems it has not dropped to $3.99 since around October 2024. I like the product, probably prefer the taste over the regular stuff. And FWIW 750mL bottles suit our ketchup use better than Costco-sized.
My experience in Southern Ontario is that this product costs more than $4 in grocery stores, and it’s rarely stocked. Buy 5+ to save an extra 5%.

Note that there is some Stevia added, which I am not crazy about but it seems to me many of these “low sugar” ketchups insist on adding something.
