For anyone still interested in this deal, the No Frills location on Parliament Street, and the one on Front St East, still had big bins of these Janes Cosmic nuggets for $1.99 when I was at these locations yesterday.

Hate to admit it, but for a $1.99 for 500g, I was actually impressed by these nuggets. I was expecting a ton of breading, but in my opinion, these nuggets have a VERY reasonable ratio of meat vs breading.
They are a little bland in flavour, but it’s in a way where they are perfectly suited for dipping in whatever sauces we prefer. And that reminds me…it’s 500g of nuggets, without any of those dipping sauce packets that some products include to take up some the weight.
