AYN is clearing out their Odin2 portal line, the 8G 128GB one is good option.
This is basically an Android handheld with Snapdragon 8 Gen2, the selling point is the screen, 7 inch 1080p OLED 120HZ, great battery life.
This 8GB model at $249 beats the retro pocket 6, I bought one for cloud/local game streaming.
The 8 gen 2 soc is not as powerful as the 8 elite, it may fall behind in term of performance by 30-40%, but it 8 gen 2 has great turnip gpu driver if you want to play emulators
