Vicks VUL600C CoolRelief Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier
Medium Room Humidifier for Baby, Bedroom, Office Desk, with Variable Output Control, Scent Pad Slots, Inhalant Cup, Auto Shut-Off, 4.5L/1.2Gal

Seems like a decent deal on a device that’s been around for years and well-regarded I believe. It appears to be an ATL on Amazon.ca at least.

I’ve been considering a bedroom humidifier to see if it helps relief some discomfort during night due to dryness in my nose. After stumbling on this deal I started reading up the various opinions on cold vs warm mist devices, but from what I understood the root of it is pros/cons of the 2 technologies used to run these kinds of humidifiers: ultrasonic and evaporative. Now I’m not sure I should bother given each option comes with it’s own additional costs/maintenance and feeling a bit of decision paralysis… Considering saving some $ and trying to use some nasal gel/moisturizer for some relief first.

Would appreciate any input… The last thing is I’m also trying to gauge if my inside humidity is actually pretty normal and maybe I’m just extra sensitive when it’s low… For reference right now it’s between -1 and -5 outside, +22 inside with humidity levels between 20-25.
