I currently am paying $70 for 1Gbps Telus fibre internet (Edmonton region), with about 10 months left on my 2-year contract. Just happened to check my “Offers” tab in My Telus, saw two upgrade offers: $70 (same price) for 1.5Gbps, $75 for 3Gbps. Both after $5 off for autopay. Early cancellation fees waived, which is the kicker.
YMMV obviously. Worth checking though.
