[STEAM] Space Fox Kimi (base game RRP was $1.29; three DLCs) – Free

Wow I never made announcements here, huh? Well, how’s this for the first one: Space Fox Kimi is now free to play!

As you may know, I’ve since remade Space Fox Kimi into Fuchian Chronicles, which has now been out for a year. To celebrate the anniversary, I’ve decided to make Space Fox Kimi permanently free to play! So what’s new in Fuchian Chronicles? Have a look for yourself!

Visual quality and gameplay improvements aside, the main difference between Fuchian Chronicles and Space Fox Kimi is that the narrative is far more focused in the remake and doesn’t have as many “random plot threads that go nowhere”. That’s not to say there aren’t similarities, and you’ll find a couple familiar plot points if you’ve played both, especially in the first three chapters.

Thanks for your time, I hope you’ll check out Fuchian Chronicles! It’s on sale for a week starting with this announcement. It also has a demo with a standalone side story. There are plans for a sequel, but due to personal circumstances won’t be working on it anytime soon. I’ll post any updates on bluesky when they become available.
