I got one of these a while back from work for the home office and its a fairly decent dock. I had no issues with my macbook pro. Only caveat is that it does use some of the 100W to power the dock so it only outputs 85W to charge the laptop. Also if you want to use all 3 monitors, i think you may need the Pro version of the M series chips if youre on a Mac, but this might be an Apple thing. I havent checked on a windows machine yet.
