I have used TopCashback a number of times to book IHG Hotels (Holiday Inn) and have always received the cashback. Normally you will see it pending in your account shortly after placing your booking. It does not get confirmed until after you have completed your stay. So expect your cashback payout to take a month or two after you have completed your stay
- Cash Back is calculated only on the item(s) price and does not include taxes, shipping or other fees.
- Cash Back may track to your account at $0. When you’ve completed your stay, the correct Cash Back value will be added.
- If you amend your booking in any way, your Cash Back will be declined.
For Iberostar Beachfront Resorts, Cash Back is calculated on the cost of the all-inclusive rate. For other IHG brands, Cash Back is calculated on the room rate only. - Purchases made on sites other than IHG Hotels & Resorts’ U.S. site will be ineligible for Cash Back.
