Found this Delta Toilet paper holder at Home Depot. Seems to be a discontinued model.
At $9.98, it’s cheaper than no-name TP holders from amazon and it has some weight to it. It doesn’t feel cheap. Delivery is much faster than shown on the website. From date of order to delivery it was 3 days.
