[Anycubic] Anycubic Kobra S1 3D Printer Combo with Ace Pro 4 colour filament dryer ($608 No tax)

This is a clone of the Bambu Lab X1 Combo, with some cheaper parts. An enclosed 4 colour 3D printer, with 4 spool filament dryer/feeder.

In my research on this printer, it looks like some of the issues seem to be with older firmware/software. Newer youtube reviews seem better. I guess I’ll find out!

Note to others considering purchase: It is called by the manufacturer as easy to use and set up, but you should expect to tinker with it frequently, troublshoot & replace parts now and then. Don’t expect as polished a software as Bambu Lab, but for what it is, it looks like a good deal. Closest comparable deal I found is the Bambu Lab PS1 Combo, but that one is $699 and doesn’t have a filament dryer, only a feeder, and a crappy screen interface. If you have no experience with 3d printers, the Bambu Lab deal may be for you.

I noticed there is no tax added to the invoice, and that they have warehouses in Canada, so it should ship local and I have no idea why the tax isn’t there. Also, I added in the shipping protection to my total, you don’t have to. But it is a complex machine, and we’ve seen how shippers treat boxes. See invoice photo attached.

I found a coupon code online from Tom’s Hardward for $30 off. There are other codes there, but this is the only one I found to work. Code is: ACBFCM20
