You do need to return equipment if you cancel service. So this is basically a rental agreement for the equipment and the rental is covered by your monthly service cost. Very similar to other ISPs like Bell.
Monthly cost for me was $140 residential, some uses based on location, may see an option for Residential Lite at $90.
