Works on Android and iOS.
The Bip 6 is also on sale for $99 which has a bigger rectangular screen and a bigger battery than this one, but is missing an altimeter and barometer.
I ended up going for the Active 2 because of the round shape. It’s very comfortable, quality wrist strap too, partially made of stainless steel.
I’ll go for a run tomorrow on a known route and report back on GPS and heart rate ratings.
Edit: Went for a 7km run, and I had my Garmin on my other wrist. I am happy with the accuracy, the heart rate was within 1-3 bpm of the Garmin every time I checked. The distance should the same value as the Garmin. Even the calorie values (I know they are estimates) were very close (470 calories VS 478 calories).
My Garmin is an older Vivoactiv so it is not a high end high performance watch but it should serve as a decent point of comparison, given that it was 3-4x the price
