I have this exact same model, on which I also connected the Terramaster usb-c 4 drives enclosure. — which also happens to be discounted: TERRAMASTER D4-320 It has been rock solid for a very long time already.
If you need a small NAS which doesn’t lock you into a specific OS should you want to go there, this is a good choice.
For my needs, I’m running the native OS and it does what I need without problems.
