Bought these are few months ago and love them. This is my second renewed Soundcore item and I would have never guess they have been “renewed”. Came in new packaging and zero signs of usage. After 2 months of wearing, one of the hinges developed a squeak. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a new pair. Their customer service responds very quick.
I saw the Q20i posted and just thought the Q30s were a better deal if you don’t mind the renewed designation.
Alternatively you can buy them new for $70 (reg $110) on Amazon as well.
Battery life on the Q30 is insane and the audio quality is fantastic. This are my first noise cancelling headphones, so I’m not sure how much “white noise” there should be, but there is a little bit if you’re listening to music very quietly. Not an issue for me, infact I use them as a noise cancelling sound machine for napping for night shifts.
